We retail to individuals, decorators and designers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship within the United States and Internationally.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or via USPS.

  •  Please allow us 2 business days after your order has been placed to ship your order.

We ship via UPS Ground Only. You may also choose from the selected UPS shipping options during your checkout process:

    • UPS Ground (Standard procedure free of charge for continental US only ship to address).
    • UPS 3 Day Select
    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.
    • UPS Next Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• REFUNDS

You may exchange or return our products for full refund of purchase price, less any  discounts and shipping charge ONLY if the item is unused and in resalable condition  and if returned within the time period of 15 days after product has been purchased. This policy excludes Designer Rugs and Custom Orders. The items will not be accepted back  if they show any type of use, are cut, stamped, or marked in any way. Please contact us PRIOR to shipping back the product(s) in order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for prompt refund or exchange upon receipt. We highly recommend that upon sending a return you use a carrier that provides tracking number and insures for the goods total value. Refunds will be for merchandise only. No freight charges “in” our “out” will be refunded. Freight charges are only refundable if incorrect item has been sent.

RETURNING HIDE PROCEDURE:

  • If in good conditions place in same box, if available, or use a good quality carton box.
  • Request a (RAN) Return Authorization Number, Write the provided RA Number outside the package.
  • Use a carrier that provides a tracking number and insures the goods for the total value.

 

COWHIDE CARE

• ON NATURAL COWHIDES

You may vacuum the cowhide periodically depending on traffic and soiling. If spills occur, simply use a sponge with mild soap and water and clean the stained area. DO NOT add too much water; just a damp cloth will do. It is strongly recommended to use in low traffic areas. Rotate periodically if the hide is used in a regular traffic area.

Use in dry and aired room.
Do not expose directly to the sun.

• ON DYED & PRINTED COWHIDES

Vacuum ONLY. Do not use water as it might spread the dye. Floor chemical treatments or certain cleansers, such as waxes, may shed your hide dye on your floors.

OTHER INFORMATION

Cow beef is used for the food chain industry. We only utilize the leftovers of the food industry and magically produce a 100% natural “recycled” product.

We make sure that our supply-tannery complies with all environment and safety requirements.
Our hides supply tannery is ISO-9001 certified for quality and ISO 14001 certified for low environmental impact.
